March 20th 2026. I have just been creating and teaching a very tiny fragment of dance choreography to some cast members of the new programme on Sky One named Saturday Night Live. The work was for NBC Universal. I had to go into the Studio with all the producers, directors, camera and sound people, make up artists and more and then teach a group of ten people on stage. It was a bit nerve wracking. Then I had to dance it with them for about 12 cuts counting the timing, out of camera range but having to dodge Auxiliary camera people plus sound. It was a comedy show so one of the background dancers was your average serial killer armed with plastic knife!
This was broadcast over Easter 2026. This was my first television dance choreography for me and Wimbledon School of Freestyle and Ballroom.
