My Wimbledon HIIT Strong Nation classes/personal traing lessons will match the moves to music that has been reverse engineered to match the moves unlike traditional HIIT fitness training classes. So each squat, each lunge, each burpee is matched to the EDM/Hip Hop soundtrack making you reach for that last rep and maybe a few more.

Strong Nation Wimbledon offers a warm up with four quadrants of increasing intensity with the last being all floorwork and then a cooldown. Strong Nation components include lunges, squats, boxing and martial arts exercises, cardio moves, jumping jacks and much more. Classes coming soon.
